Boucing Red Bow Tie Ribbon

-Empty it out, rearrange furniture. Change in a personal space often makes positive connections within your brain.

-Clean it up! Don’t do it all at once, or else you’ll overwhelm yourself (if your room is exceedingly messy). Do one section of your room one day, and do another some other time. A clean room environment helps declutter the brain, and naturally relaxes some aspects of stress.

-Incorporate your favourite colour. You don’t need to go all out and paint your walls, and things. Just have atleast one item you like a lot that has that colour to it. Eye appeal is everything, and by just seeing that colour, it helps to make your brain more at peace with itself.

-Spend time alone. Play some music, and do what you like best for 20 minutes, or an hour, and take that time to forget about your work, and relax. Afterwards, you may find you’ll tackle tasks with a greater ease as you have just minimized the stress levels in your brain, even just a little.

-Sleep loads. Sleep is often where we run to to forget about the events of the day, so naturally, more sleep can help your brain function better, this making such tasks easier. Take some time! Sleep it off.

It’s not like it’s messy or anything, because it is quite clean, but for some reason I feel so caged in, as if it were messy. I feel as if lots of things are out of place, or that I can barely move. It’s quite irritating, but what could it be?
